    Blakemore Recruitment are proudly assisting a well established, leading Financial Services organisation seek their next Client Services Representative to join their expanding team in Farnborough. 

    The Role:

    Working as part of the Client Services team, the purpose of the role is to manage inbound and outbound calls and book appointments, as well as respond to customer questions, resolve their issues and guide them to the appropriate service or point of contact. In addition, responding to customer emails that require follow up.

    Duties:

    • Work as part of a team receiving inbound and outbound calls from clients, prospects and pension scheme members wishing to book appointments or to be provided with pension related information, responding to customer questions, resolving issues and guiding them to the appropriate service or point of contact.
    • Outbound compliant calls with clients and prospects after the launch of a campaign to book appointments.
    • Generating required number of quality appointments (i.e. where there is a genuine need for our advice) to clients and prospects
    • You will be expected to be able to report on your performance, highlighting any areas of you have encountered that may require a different approach or training
    • Comply with all call script requirements, as well as accurate recording and reporting on all call activities within our back office system.
    • Ensure that all policies, processes, regulatory guidelines and quality assurance requirements are met.

    Have you got;

    • Excellent communication and listening skills
    • Excellent telephone manner
    •      The ability to relate to people and not get flustered in conversation
    • Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount
    • Resilient and diplomatic

    Knowledge:

    • Must have knowledge of telephone based customer services
    • Ideally has knowledge of regulations as well as products and solutions sold in the retail financial services market.
    • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
    •      IT literacy and telephone user skills
