The Role

As an IFA Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering an exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling client telephone calls and email enquiries.
• Responding to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
• Completing a range of administrative duties, including data entry and report preparation.
• Working collaboratively within a small, friendly office-based team.
• Learning new systems and processes through full on-the-job training.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
