Location: Reigate, Surrey
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a professional, client-focused financial planning firm where your expertise is valued and your career can continue to develop?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected Independent Financial Planning practice in Reigate that is committed to delivering outstanding advice and exceptional client service. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team, working closely with Financial Advisers and fellow Paraplanners in a supportive and technically focused environment.

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you'll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by producing high-quality technical documentation, carrying out research, and helping to deliver tailored financial planning solutions for clients.

You'll enjoy a varied role where you'll be involved in:

  • Preparing suitability reports and technical documentation.
  • Conducting research across pensions, investments and protection products.
  • Producing financial analysis and supporting recommendations.
  • Preparing post-meeting documentation, including fund switches and withdrawals.
  • Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain policy information.
  • Managing your own workflow while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Supporting advisers with client queries and ongoing servicing requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider client support and operations teams.
  • Contributing to business projects and regulatory initiatives where required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is technically strong, organised and enjoys working in a collaborative financial planning environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Paraplanning or Senior Financial Planning Administrator role.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning products.
  • Experience preparing suitability reports and conducting technical research.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes.
  • Progress towards, or completion of, Level 4 Diploma qualifications would be advantageous.
